What is safe to buy second-hand for PC?

 

Safe to buy

• CPU
• RAM (but still check it with MemTest86)
• PC Case
• Cooler

Dangerous

• Motherboard
• GPU
• Fan (would be more noisy since degradation)

Do not buy

• Storage (especially HDD. With SSD you can check left lifespan and kinda be safe)
• PSU
