## Safe to buy

 - CPU
 - RAM (but still check it with MemTest86)
 - PC Case
 - Cooler

## Dangerous

 - Motherboard
 - GPU
 - Fan (would be more noisy since degradation)

## Do not buy

 - Storage (especially HDD. With SSD you can check left lifespan and _kinda_ be safe)
 - PSU
